  • Internal medicine consultation: review of medical records, lab work, and prior imaging
 
  • Abdominal  and thoracic ultrasound, cervical ultrasound, focal ultrasound of lumps and masses
 
  • Ultrasound-guided fine needle aspirates, including liver, spleen, kidneys, pancreas, lymph nodes, prostate, intestinal masses, intrathoracic masses and cavitary effusions
 
  • Echocardiograms, including 2-D views with assessment of chamber sizes and valve structure, color flow and spectral Doppler of valves
 
  • Bicavitary ultrasounds
 
  • Diagnostic and treatment recommendations
